Walter "Sunny" Schneider, Jr.

Walter “Sunny” Schneider, Jr., of Unionville, NY, passed away on March 3, 2014 at home. He was 72 years old.

Born on December 18, 1941 in Haledon, NJ, he was the son of the late Walter Schneider, Sr. and Margaret Nelson Schneider.

Walter was a retired Warehouse Worker with NSK, Inc. in Wayne, New Jersey.

He was very close to his beloved brother, Melvin, and to his many friends. A special thanks is given to the Lenape Ambulance Corps and the Minisink Hose Company #1 in Unionville for their caring assistance.

Walter is survived by his brother, Melvin Schneider of Unionville; a sister, Katherine Permoit of Hamburg, New Jersey; four nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be on Thursday, March 6^th, from 9:00-11:00 am at Lazear-Smith & Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 17 Oakland Avenue, Warwick, followed by a funeral service at 11:00 am. Interment will be in Laurel Grove Memorial Park, Totowa.
