Agnes Yeomans

Agnes Yeomans, of Warwick, NY,  passed away peacefully on December 26, 2014 at Valley View Center, Goshen.  She was 91 years old.

Born on December 22, 1923 in Glen Rock, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Orie and Clara (Greydanus) Pruiksma. 

She was married to the late Theodore Yeomans (1996). 

Before retiring, Agnes was a Kitchen Aide at BOCES in Goshen.  She was a member of the Goshen Christian Reformed Church. 

She is survived by her children:  Barbara Kolk and her husband Larry of Middletown, NY,   Linda Freeman of Largo, FL, and Martin Yeomans of Indian Lake, NY.  She is also survived by six grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by a daughter, Claire Yeomans. 

Visitation will be on Monday, December 29th, from 2-4 & 7-9 pm at Lazear-Smith & Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 17 Oakland Ave., Warwick.  Funeral service will be at 11:00 am on Tuesday at the funeral home, followed by interment in Florida Cemetery.

Memorial donations may be made to Goshen Christian School, 43 Route 17A,  Goshen, NY 10924.
