Carol Ann Lefemine, of Warwick, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on January 26, 2016 at Schervier Pavilion. She was 64 years old.
Born on September 30, 1951 in Miami, Florida, she was the daughter of the late Donald and Helen (Paterson) Lefemine.
Carol Ann worked in Operations with Bloomberg Corporation, New York, NY.
She is survived by her two sons: Hans Staats and his wife Claire Burrows of Austin, TX and Aaron Staats of Middletown; her grandson, Atticus Staats; her sisters: Sandra Lefemine of Westtown, NY, Blair Lefemine of Boston, MA, and Lisa Lefemine of New York, NY; her nieces, Megan Swados and Beryl Swados of New York, NY. She was predeceased by a son, Leland Staats. She also leaves behind her beloved cats, Yoshi, Muggsey, Fabian and Venus.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent to Warwick Valley Humane Society, PO Box 61, Warwick, NY 10990.
A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, February 22, 2016 from 11:00 am-12:00 pm,. followed by a reception from 12:00 pm-1:00 pm at Grace Episcopal Church, 130 First Avenue, Nyack, NY 10960.
