Margaret M. Bohdan

Margaret Bohdan, of Warwick,  passed away on April 16, 2016 at her home.  She was 86 years old.

Born on August 27, 1929 in Brooklyn, NY, she was the daughter of the late John and Ida (Schliffer) Dolan.

She was married to the late Joseph Bohdan (2000).

Before retiring, Margaret was a Receptionist with Orange Works in Middletown.

The family wishes to thank Hospice of Orange & Sullivan Counties and all of Margaret’s caregivers for their loving care and support.  Margaret lived her life based on her deeply religious Catholic faith, which was exemplified by how she treated others in her day-to-day life. 

She is survived by her daughter, Victoria Loughrey and her husband Robert of Warwick; her son, Christopher Bohdan and his wife Laurie of Bridgewater, NJ;   her grandchildren:  Christopher Bohdan, Jr., Alex Loughrey and Erica Bohdan.

Visitation will be on Monday, April 18th, from 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm at Lazear-Smith & Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 17 Oakland Ave., Warwick.  Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 am on Tuesday at St. Stephen RC Church, followed by interment in Warwick Cemetery. 

Memorial donations may be sent to Hospice of Orange & Sullivan Counties, 800 Stony Brook Court, Newburgh, NY 12550.
