David W. Drew, Sr.

David W. Drew, Sr., a lifelong resident of Warwick, passed away on December 19, 2016 at St. Anthony Community Hospital. He was 63 years old.

Born on June 16, 1953 in Warwick, he was the son of the late Donald R. Drew and Joan Carroll Drew.

He was married to Jan (Marzo) Drew.

David was a Shipping and Receiving Clerk at Lowe’s in Middletown. David was a former mechanic for Drew Gulf in Warwick and he had a great love for cars.

He is survived by his wife, Jan of Warwick; his sons: David W. Drew, Jr. of Sugar Loaf and Matthew E. Drew of Queens; a brother, Donald R. Drew, Jr. of NC; a sister, Deborah Hallisey of Warwick; and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, December 23^rd, at Lazear-Smith & Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 17 Oakland Ave., Warwick, NY.

Memorial donations may be made to Hospice of Orange & Sullivan Counties, 800 Stony Brook Road, Newburgh, NY 12250 or Warwick Ambulance, PO Box 315, Warwick, NY 10990.
