Dwayne E. Clyburn, of Warwick, NY entered into eternal rest on June 16, 2018. He was 37 years old.

Born in Brooklyn, NY on January 12, 1981 to the late Sheldon Clyburn and Lila Blake.

Dwayne worked as a welder for Meeco Sullivan in Warwick.

A family statement reads, "Dwayne was kindhearted, and always helpful to anyone in need. We pray for his soul.”

He is survived by his mother, Lila Blake; infant daughter Delilah; brother, Randy Blake of Wellington, FL; brother, Caleb King; and grandmother, Marilyn Blake of Abbyville, SC.

The family will receive friends for a Memorial Visitation on Friday, July 6 from 7-9 pm at Lazear-Smith & Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 17 Oakland Ave., Warwick, NY.

In lieu of flowers donations in Dwayne's memory may be made to a charity of one's choice.
