Patricia (Pat) McCrossan

Patricia (Pat) McCrossan, age 70, died at Memorial Sloan Kettering Hospital in New York City on March 16, 2017. Born in New York City, Pat was the daughter of Joseph P. and Edna Sullivan.
Pat was a longtime resident of Warwick, NY, where she was a member of St. Stephen the First Martyr Parish.
Survivors include her husband, Bernard McCrossan, of Warwick; her son, Bernard McCrossan and wife Patti of Waxhaw, NC; her son, Terrence McCrossan and wife Jo Lynn of Nashville, TN; her daughter, Kristen Charney and husband Noah of Darien, CT; and her daughter, Maura Lenehan and husband Mike of Duxbury, MA; grandchildren: Riley, Haley, Regan, Branon, Marin, Ellie, Jamie, Bryn, Rhys, Molly and Thomas; brother, Jack Sullivan and wife Martye of Scottsdale, AZ; sister, Maureen Brilis and husband Nick of Ardsley, NY; and sister, Kathleen Sullivan of New York City.
Services were private at the request of her family.
A memorial mass will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday, April 1, 2017, at St. Stephen the First Martyr Church, Warwick, NY.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center @MSKCC.org
