Visitation will be held from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Friday, August 21, with a funeral service at 6:00 p.m. at Lazear-Smith & Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 17 Oakland Avenue, Warwick. Interment will be on Saturday, August 22, 11 a.m. at George Washington Memorial Park, 234 Paramus Road, Paramus, NJ.

A Celebration of Life will be planned in the future.

Visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, August 20, with a funeral service at 1:30 p.m. at Lazear-Smith & Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 17 Oakland Avenue, Warwick, followed by interment in Warwick Cemetery, 50 Oakland Avenue, Warwick.
