Upcoming services

The family will receive friends for visitation from 4:00 to 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, at Lazear-Smith & Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 17 Oakland Avenue, Warwick, NY. A service will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 16, 2026, at the funeral home.

A graveside service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, July 11, 2026, at the Warwick Cemetery, 50 Oakland Avenue, Warwick. Those who would like to join the procession to the cemetery should meet at 11:45 a.m. at Lazear-Smith & Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 17 Oakland Avenue, Warwick.
