Poem read at Mass of Christian Burial 7-2-2012

I chose this poem, because it represents what mom was about. Her faith was strong and she was not afraid to die. Mami is now with papi and Pete... as well as with Mama and all her loving siblings. Mami, I cannot deny there's a void in my heart, and how much I miss your caress and smile. You gave me 59 beautiful years and for that I am so grateful and blessed. You will always be in my heart and your spirit will live in our home for always!! Don and I miss you very much and we will love you always. Rest in Peace, mami.
