Phyllis "Fanny" M. Bister, of Warwick, NY (formerly of Mamaroneck, NY) died on September 12, 2014 at Milford Manor, West Milford, NJ.  she was 91 years old.

Born on August 3, 1923 in New Rochelle, NY, she was the daughter of the late Michael and Frances (Marinello) Mandracchia.

She was married to the late James Bister (1996).

Phyllis was formerly a Secretary with Dun & Bradstreet in New York City.  She was a member of St. Stephens Church, Warwick, NY.

Preceded in death by her sister Accusia Mandracchia and her brother Joseph Mandracchia, she is survived by a sister-in-law, Ann Mandracchia of Warwick, NY; nieces & nephews:  Michael Mandracchia and wife Christine, Dr. Teresa Mandracchia, Phyllis LeFrois and husband Richard, Stephen Mandracchia and wife Theresa, and Joseph Mandracchia, Jr.; great nephew Matthew Mandracchia and wife Courtney; great nieces Kateri and Therese.

Visitation will be on Monday, September 15th, from 8:00 am-9:30 am at Lazear-Smith & Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 17 Oakland Ave., Warwick.  Funeral Mass will be at 10:00 am on Monday at St. Stephens RC Church, followed by interment in St. Mary's Cemetery, Rye Brook, NY.
