Joseph Morano, of Warwick, passed away on July 17, 2017 at Orange Regional Medical Center. He was 64 years old.
Born on July 14, 1953 in Suffern, New York, he was the son of the late Joseph Morano and Dorothy Alsdorf Morano.
He was married to Nancy (Knapp) Morano.
Joseph was a Results Technician at Bowline Power Plant in West Haverstraw for 45 years. He loved all animals and enjoyed feeding and watching the birds.
He is survived by his wife, Nancy of Warwick; his sons: Nicholas Morano of Warwick and Peter Morano and his wife Alyssa of Westtown; his brothers and sisters: Sheryl Britney and husband Joe of Congers, NY, Laura Marchese of Holmes, NY, Gail Weiss and husband Todd of West Haverstraw, Martin Morano and wife Marcie of Garnersville, and Caryn Falesto and husband Rob of Stony Point. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be on Friday, July 21st, from 2-4 & 7-9 pm at Lazear-Smith & Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 17 Oakland Ave., Warwick. Funeral service will be at 11:00 am on Saturday at the funeral home, followed by interment in Warwick Cemetery.
