Phyllis "Chickie" Calvin of Warwick, NY, formerly of Lavallette, NJ, passed away on April 21, 2019, at The Valley View Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation. She was 91 years old.

Born in Plainfield, NJ she was one of five children to the late Philip and Anna (Kieling) Matthews on June 11, 1927.

Phyllis was homemaker.

She is survived by her daughter, Deirdre Hamling of Warwick; grandchildren: Brooke, Tucker, Chase and Molly; and many nieces and nephews.

Cremation arrangements will be private as per Phyllis’ wishes.
