Thomas M. O’Connor of Hopewell Junction, NY passed away at Vassar Brothers Hospital, Poughkeepsie on April 14, 2019. He was 69 years old.

 

Born June 16, 1949, he was the son of the late Thomas M. and Patricia (Holian) O’Connor.

 

Tommy’s favorite things were food and eating. He enjoyed any outing that involved food; he especially liked his magazines that were about food.

 

He is survived by his mother, Patricia O’Connor of Warwick, NY; and sisters Mary Kearney and her husband Paul of Pine Island, NY and Patricia Gallagher and her husband John of Wantagh, NY.

 

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, April 17 from 9-930 a.m. at  Lazear-Smith & Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 17 Oakland Avenue, Warwick,  with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. at St. Stephen RC Church, 75 Sanfordville Road, Warwick.  Interment will follow the mass at Warwick Cemetery.

 

The family would like to thank those who cared for Tommy at the IRA Beekman Home.
