Theresa Mc Goff

of Vernon, NJ, died on February 27, 2007 at Sussex County Homestead, Newton, NJ.  She was 98 years old.

 

Born on November 19, 1908 in Brooklyn, NY, she was the daughter of Charles Stieg and Louise Sandmeyer Stieg.

 

She was married to the late Joseph Mc Goff.

 

Mrs. Mc Goff was formerly a Supervisor with General Fire Casualty Insurance, Manhattan.  She was a member of the Jehovah’s Witness Church, Warwick, a member of the National Showman’s Club and a former member of the Ladies Auxiliary of Elks Lodge #1 in New York City. 

 

She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph and a son, Edward Conboy.

 

Visitation will be on Monday, March 5th from 5-6 pm, followed by a funeral service at 6pm at Lazear-Smith & Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 17 Oakland Avenue, Warwick.  Interment will be at 9:30 am on Tuesday at Warwick Cemetery.
