Evan Michael Kamback, of Warwick, passed away on April 16, 2012 at Memorial Sloan Kettering Hospital. He was five years old.
Born on April 6, 2007 in Staten Island, NY, he was the loving son of Lyle D. and Victoria (Dattoli) Kamback.
He is survived by his parents, Lyle and Victoria Kamback of Warwick; a sister, Nina I. Kamback, and a brother Lyle E. Kamback; his maternal grandfather, Michael Dattoli.
Visitation will be on Friday, April 20th, from 2-4 & 7-9 pm at Lazear-Smith & Vander Plaat Memorial Home, 17 Oakland Avenue, Warwick. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 am on Saturday at St. Stephens RC Church, followed by interment. .
