Gail Dowdy of Warwick, NY passed away on March 25, 2020 at St. Anthony Hospital. She was 73 years old.

Born on September 6, 1946, in Ringwood, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Irma (Milligan) and the late Irving Mann.

Gail worked for Mechanical Rubber Products in Warwick.

She is survived by her son, Mark and his wife, Debra; granddaughters, Caitlin Heitzmann and her husband George and Sarah Dowdy; great granddaughter, Aria Heitzman; former husband, Charles Dowdy; four sisters: Diana De Groat, Audrey Mann, Donna Mann and Bridget Mann; four brothers: Irving Mann, Jr., Ernie Mann, James Mann and Scott Mann.  She was predeceased by her parents; sister, Velma Miller; and brother, Anthony Mann.

Due to the COVID-19 restrictions on public gatherings, arrangements are private.
